His career continued to advance until he ultimately reached executive leadership positions as General Manager for Europe at a global direct sales corporation. In this role, he oversaw international expansion, optimized compensation models, and ensured a sustainable balance between profitability and distributor success. This experience gave him a global perspective on the industry and reinforced his belief that the key to long-term growth lies in the combination of high-quality products, fair compensation models, and financial stability.
